    Job's List

This is the main list of Job's you have out there at the moment. The name of your client, a note about the job, and the total number of units left to install are displayed per job.

Statuses are Coming in version 1.1.21
We will add the ability to view this list by "Status" - Statuses will include:
    • New
    • In Progress
    • Completed
    • Archived

From this list you jump into a Job, which is really a list of units that have been installed.

  •

    Job detail screen

You will notice your first image capture area here. Anywhere you see this you can store an image for this data point. This data is then captured, fired up to the server and available for archive purposes to validate an install or install location. This first one is for the Front of the Building where you are doing the work. This helps protect installers accountability.

The list below the Front of the Building image is the Vehicle, or Unit list. These are the "aliases" of the units. Notice the on the left-hand side of the screen. This signifies the Status of the vehicle. These progress from:

    • Not started
    • In progress
    • Awaiting approval
    • Completed

A click on one of those Vehicle Aliases takes you into the vehicle detail view.

    Vehicle detail screen

On this screen you will notice considerably more photographic data points you can store as well as some details screens you can enter install and vehicle information. So that it's easy to see how much work your install tech has left he can see which images are complete and which are still left undone. means the image data has been captured and saved while means it is incomplete.

From here you can either capture image data or go into the Vehicle Details or Installation Details sections.

All of this data, as well as the images are available on the MyFieldTechs.com website.

    Vehicle detail input screen

This screen as well as the vehicle input screen give you the ability to save various data points about a vehicle. We make use of the camera on the phone to do a RED-Line Barcode scan. This is definitely not totally proven to work in all cases and therefore we allow key input.

Once the user clicks "SAVE" and this data goes up to the server it is now available for an administrator to view on the MyFieldTechs.Com website.
